1. Returns & Exchanges

  • The product must not be a custom or personalized item.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as live plants, fish, or water treatments.
  • Any product that has been opened or used in a way that affects its resale value.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review your case and send you a Return Authorization (RA) along with the return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, and send it back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure the RA number is included in the package.
  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified once the refund is complete.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to customer change of mind or incorrect ordering: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns due to damaged or defective items: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, ulvorn.xyz will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend taking photos of the damage and contacting us immediately.

5. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return procedure outlined above and place a new order for the desired product once your return is processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
